Finally Saturday and…

Reflecting back on 2025, I realize how often this year a top manager reached out to me on a Saturday with an urgent mediation issue weighing on the mind and heart.
😳 What is it about Saturdays?
💁♀️Here comes my assumption:
Saturday is the first moment in the week when people finally have enough peace of mind and distance to reflect on what’s going on. The noise of the week settles -while drinking coffee or during jogging- and the realization comes with it that something is not ok, something needs to be altered. Yet they feel STUCK in the situation. Even top managers, used to making decisions by the second, feel stuck. And this is ok, it happens, we are humans and human dynamics mixed into business environment can be - well…. complex… - just to formulate in an elegant way
But such moments of clarity are precious and the best is to act on them immediately.
👉So here is my answer to this observation:
📨 1. Send me an email or text on my phone and I call you back to have a chat asap
🗓️ 2. Book a free-of-charge Saturday sessions via our website unlimitedmediation.com
We can talk through your situation and get a first evaluation of your case. There’s always a way forward. We create a plan. And you get back your inner peace for the rest of the weekend.
A use case:
1. Saturday afternoon chat, top leader feels trapped in a situation causing significant stress: international M&A coupled with succession planning of 2 families in one of the holdings
2. We align on a plan still on Saturday
3. First communications according to plan on Monday - all goes smooth :)
4. Mediation on Thursday and Friday afternoon - “It was fun” (a participant)
5. Agreement on Friday, including further actions to be executed by participants
6. Smooth execution ever since - with the full buy-in of all additional relevant parties
7. Issue SOLVED
“What was the issue at all?” “It all felt so seamless, so straight forward”
Well, that’s the ART of MEDIATION ;-)
Sometimes one conversation is all you need to see the path forward, regain confidence, find solutions and even have fun meanwhile!
I love my vocation 🥰
